Where could I spend a good week end?
My parents had to chose between Barcelona and Prag. They made the right choice with the Czech Republic. At fisrt, I had some apprehension about people, language, city... I'm now so happy to went there, I would go again as soon as possible.
Now about my trip:
Thursday we took a flight in the evening from Zurich to Prag. I thought I would be able to do my homeworks during the journey, it was a bit to short. In the cab between the airport and our hotel I already noticed how old the city was. Road pavement, buildings, old trolleys... I was delighted. Our residence looked ordinary from outside, but inside it had a touch luxury, which made of this aged hotel a comfortable place. In the samed evening, we went in a small pub, which looked not really likeable but after one beer everybody looked nice and we had some good laughts with the pub owner. About the beer, it's not the best I ever had but for this price, I can accept (less than 1 € the half liter). With my cousin, we stayed out a long time after my parents and we already noticed the nice night life of Prag.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday were visiting days through the old part of the city. If you like monuments, I would rate you to see the Charles bridge whith his statues, churches are also very beautiful, the astronomic clock in the center of the city, which has a nice animation each hour, old baroque lanes between the buildings and to see all what you should see take the trolleys (which are really ancient) through the streets of Prag, you won't have to leave your seat to see most of the city. We had no problems with theft, but stay careful. If you would go to Prag for the music, I have only one place to advise, the Jazz Boat where you eat well and every evening another group is playing nice music. I'm not a fan of Jazz, but I liked this experience, which I would try again if I want to have a romantic evening. For the freaks, the youngs and older who feel young there is the museum of sex, which has interesting things like one of the first porn movies which made me sick. In the evening go to the Karlovy lázně, everybody meets there in the five story club. Five floors of music, drinks and nice people.

Go to Prag and you will know what I mean when I say it's the perfect place for a nice week end.
